St. Martinus seeks to provide the safest and most hospitable housing environment so as to enrich the learning environment for all of its students. We take great pride in our achievements and strive every day to improve on what is an already excellent housing atmosphere.

St. Martinus has restored an island landmark and a source of pride to the community while simultaneously ensuring a first class boarding environment for its students. The housing is adjacent to where classes are held, adding a significant layer of convenience for its students. A $1000.- security deposit is required to reserve housing and full semester's rent before semester starts.

• Single Package: Single occupancy bedroom for $1000.-/month
• Quad and more occupancy: Shared bedroom for $650.-/month per person

Full Meal Plan

SMUFOM offers an additional Meal Plan Package for On Campus students. This Meal Plan offers students 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and comes at a cost of $3900.- per semester.All meals come with a Vegetarian option. In addition, only Halal meat products are used for non-vegetarian options.
